Welcome to the third season of Princeton Chamber Music Series, including the first Princeton ChamberFest!

The magnificent Channing Hall at the Unitarian Church in Princeton is where the Princeton Chamber Music Series has found a home.
The acoustics are fantastic, and the atmosphere is the best there can be.
The series is the only concert series in Princeton which presents concerts on weekday afternoons, at 4pm. A second performance is presented at 7pm.
At most concerts, the pianist’s hands are shown on a big screen for the audience to get a unique perspective.

Poland and Hungary are nations that have historically been caught between East and West, and they have suffered greatly in the struggle for power in Europe.
The two composers and piano geniuses from these two countries in the 19th century, Frédéric Chopin and Franz Liszt, were born just a year apart, and they have become symbols of their nations.
Piano Rivals is about their lives, their music and what it has meant to their countries, never independent during the composers’ lifetimes.
